Kristin has over two decades of experience in the audiovisual industry. She is the Owner and CEO of Audiovisual Consulting Team LLC (AVCT), where she oversees business operations and provides audiovisual and acoustic consulting services for commercial projects.
Kristin has created design standards and business strategies that have led to continued growth and profitability for AVCT and their clients.
Kristin is an avid member of AVIXA and volunteers on various committees and boards. She enjoys public speaking, educational webinars, and participating in industry events. Kristin is on the AVIXA Board of Directors where she serves as an advisor to AVIXA’s CEO and assists in the evolution of the professional audiovisual industry.
Sustainability has been a focus in AVCT’s design approach as this has always been an important topic to Kristin. She volunteers as Co-Chair of the AVIXA Sustainability Advisory Group Best Practices Subcommittee. This international group of passionate thought leaders create sustainability best practices for the AV industry. In her spare time, she hosts the AV Deep Dive Podcast where she discusses tech trends and business strategy.
